Under the expert guidance of Alberto Pacheco, Es Fumeral offers an unmissable culinary experience for food lovers. Opened last year on the picturesque Cala Nova beach, this charming restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine with a distinct Spanish flair. With its focus on high-quality ingredients and its beautiful view, like a living canvas, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a memorable meal by the sea.

This discovery completely blew me away! Amalur is a delightful Italian gem, offering an incredible €35 set lunch menu. The food is simply outstanding, the ingredients are quality, you absolutely must try their Caprese pizza, pumpkin pasta and starters. If you’re looking for a fun evening, Amalur won’t disappoint either!
Created by Melaina & Giulio, this place is an absolute treasure! Can Can, an Italian deli, the perfect spot for food and drinks with a fantastic vibe. Their delicious wines pair beautifully with freshly sliced cured meats that are to die for. And their sandwiches? Along with everything else on the menu, they’re totally insane...
it's all QUALITY!
Perfectly situated overlooking the stunning Es Cavallet beach, La Escollera is a true delight. I love starting with a selection of appetizers like the wagyu carpaccio and the nems. Their seafood paella is absolutely incredible, and the sushi and mussels are also top-notch. Pair it all with a chilled bottle of Chablis, and you’re set for a perfect meal.
My absolute favourite! Nestled in a quaint cove beneath Es Cubells, this hidden gem offers pure simplicity, just a restaurant, a few beach beds, and rustic fishing houses. The standout? Lubina Con Sal, a sea bass baked in Ibiza’s coarse salt, meltingly tender and unforgettable. Pair it with Lourdes' homemade salsa picante for a touch of heat, it’s pure gold!
Chiringuito Xuclar It is located on the island's north end, oriented in a pretty cove. This little bungalow serves delightful drinks and food in such a laidback way. Somehow it is never too busy, even during peak season, which is quite nice. Still, make sure to book your table. It’s lovely to go chill on the beach and for a swim in the sea afterwards.
Nestled in the charming village of Sant Mateu, Juntos offers a contemporary farm-to-table experience. Their dedication lies in procuring delectable, locally sourced ingredients from their regenerative farm and nearby collaborators. My personal favourite is the lamb, which is incredibly tasty and bursting with fresh herbs, accompanied by some delicious orange wine, and you're all set.

Pou des Lleó is a charming, old-school traditional restaurant where I highly recommend trying 'la parrillada de pescado', a generous platter of various grilled fish served with vegetables. Pair it with their ice-cold draft beer, perfect on a hot day. Don’t miss the pathway behind the restaurant, it leads to a secret spot!
The restaurant is situated around a small, picturesque cove, creating a beautiful atmosphere. Even during the peak summer months, it remains enjoyable, thanks to the amazing food. Their sangria is incredibly delicious and their paella is out of this world. Honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic. It's perfect to enjoy a couple of drinks and then take a swim in the clear blue water.
Jondal, the fashion show restaurant, is truly a dreamy spot. With your feet in the sand, simple yet stylish wooden decor and a stunning sea view. I love their scorpion fish tacos or the delicious stingray dish, paired with a great cocktail or sangria. It’s the perfect setting for a happy day!
I love the old-school decor at Can Pau’s finca which was founded in 1973 by Alba Pau.
I usually go for their famous steak with pepper sauce and incredible fries... So, So good! Pair it with some red wine and don’t miss their delicious foie gras. Also it's open all year!
Owned by the incredible Lisa, this restaurant has been an iconic destination for years. Nestled on the lively streets of Dalt Vila, it offers not just incredible food but also the perfect spot for people-watching, especially when the ever-charismatic Miguel is serving! The lobster pasta is an absolute standout, the best I’ve ever had, while the Burratina pasta is equally irresistible. And for a perfect finish, don’t miss their heavenly raspberry macaron!

Pom Thaï is my one of my favourite dinner spot. The food is flavourful and the garden setting by the pool with great music adds to the vibe. I love sharing the Nems starter, then going for either the beef Panang curry with sticky rice, pad Thai, or crying tiger, everything is delicious! Owned by the friendly Johnny (you’ll spot his famous beard) and Pom in the kitchen, the whole team makes you feel right at home.

Owned by two friends, Tony shakes up original cocktails at the bar while Hadrien creates magic in the kitchen—an unbeatable duo! Boodiou, set in Ibiza’s old town, has a lively atmosphere, perfect for people-watching. The restaurant boasts unique décor and even its own homemade liquor from their French distillery, Bows. Their Hierbas, a must-try local digestif, is so good you might want to take a bottle home! Oh, and the food? French-Mediterranean, tapas-style, with fresh, seasonal market ingredients!
