Canteen is my go to spot right now, simple yet exceptional. Run by the team behind The Pelican and The Hero, it’s a true place focused on quality and flavour. The menu celebrates Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with comforting yet elevated dishes. Pair it with their natural wines for an unforgettable experience.
WOW, yes WOW! The Plimsoll, run by Four Legs, is simply phenomenal! It's easily one of my current favourite spots; the food there is to die for. The pub itself is lovely, and the staff is nice, making the whole experience amazing. If you go, definitely try their famous burger, but I'd also suggest sharing a pasta and indulging on their aioli fries...and don't forget the dessert! A meal here is always a good idea!
Will forever be the biggest fan; Fischers is an Austrian restaurant serving the best schnitzel! I always go for the Holstein with its delicious Jus and some sides, such as the cucumber salad and the sauerkraut. Maybe a little glass of Chablis to accompany this lovely meal.
Café Cecilia in East London is a hidden gem serving seasonal English and European dishes with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Don’t miss their famous deep-fried bread & butter pudding, a must-try for any visit. If you go on a sunny day, enjoy a walk along the canal nearby to round off your meal perfectly.
Well, this one might just blow your mind. Thin, crispy, and packed with flavour, the pizzas at this charming little spot on Fulham Road are seriously next level. It’s the kind of place you stumble upon and end up dreaming about for days. And if you’re into orange wine (or curious to try), they've got an amazing one! natural, vibrant, and perfectly paired with a slice. A total hidden gem. Highly recommend.
